Pineapple Ginger Punch

I have been making lots of yummy pineapple tarts for the upcoming Chinese New Year. The main ingredient is, of course, pineapples! There’s quite a bit of leftover pineapple juice from the making, so I decided to make some fruit punch for my family. This drink is refreshing & zingy, exactly what you need to boost your senses into gear after a busy day of work.
Makes 2 – 3 small glasses
Ingredients
- 1/2 Pineapple (skinned)
- 3 Oranges (peeled)
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- Mint Leaves (optional)
- Ice Cubes (to serve)
Method
- Juice pineapples, oranges, ginger and mint through a juice extractor.
- Stir to combine and serve with ice cubes.
