A: Because our cookies contain no preservatives, they are best consumed within
7 days for extra freshness. If well kept, they may last up to 2 weeks. Store cookies
in cool, dry place. For custom cookies, transfer cookies into air tight container to preserve freshness.
A: For standard orders, please place your orders at least 4 days in advance.
For larger or custom orders, we may require a period of up to 10 days.
A: We provide FREE delivery only for orders above SGD 50 (non-central region) or
above SGD 100 (central region). Orders below SGD 50 delivered to non-central region will incur a SGD 8 charge. Orders below SGD 100 delivered to central region will
incur a SGD 12 charge.
We were initially reluctant to charge this fee, but we had to because of high road tolls and frequent traffic holdups.
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) and Bank Transfers. We also accept PayPal
with a 4% surcharge.
A: Each custom cookie will usually cost from SGD 3 onwards, depending on the specific design and the size of the cookie. More intricate designs and the use of more colours will naturally cost more.
A: Most of our custom cookies are the size of an average palm (approx. 8cm x 8cm).
A: A minimum order of 10 custom cookies is preferred.
A: Yes! We can design new custom cookies according to what you need.

A: Although we would very much love to deliver our goodies overseas, the rigours of flight, the possibility of package loss or delay, and food laws in many countries make overseas cookie deliveries impossible.
